Shipping Policy

TRUTH ROYALE works with select third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners to ship products directly to our customers.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the product, supplier, destination, and selected shipping method. Some products may have multiple shipping options available, including standard and expedited delivery.

Processing Times
Processing and fulfillment times may vary by supplier. Some orders may ship as soon as the next business day, while others may require additional processing time.

Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are provided by the applicable supplier or carrier and are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside of TRUTH ROYALE’s control.

Multiple Shipments
If your order contains products from different suppliers, your items may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. You may also receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive as expected, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue with the supplier or carrier.
